Angel food Cake

This recipe comes from the Dear Daughter cookbook by Ella Mae Tucker.I use this recipe alot when I get alot of eggs ,like now.

Angel food cake
1 1/2 cup egg white
1/2teaspoon salt
Put in large mixer bowl and beat until foamy.
Add and beat until stiff
1 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
3/4 teaspoon almond extract
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

3/4 cup sugar.....Fold in 2 Tablespoon at a time

1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
.Sift together and fold in. Turn into ungreased tube pan. Bake, 375 degrees for 1 hour,invert pan and cool ,then remove
