eggs, eggs, everywhere

I am getting more then a dozen of eggs each day.I decided to start selling since the frig is getting kinda of full of eggs.We are not heavy egg eaters, but I sooo love fresh eggs.I am trying to think of all I can make with eggs.I mad angel food cake with some on Easter. Angel food cake and fresh strawberries mmmmmmm good.I was gonna to make a chocolate angel food cake but I accidentally added the slmond extract, so just a plain angel food cake.I am gonna to make some egg salad to take for lunch tomorrow for work.
