cocoa angel food cake

This recipe also came from dear daughter cookbook

Cocoa angel food cake

1 1/2 cup egg white
1/4 teaspoon salt.....Beat until foamy

1 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla ....Add and beat until stiff

3/4 cup sugar....Fold in 2 Tablespoon at a time

3/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoon sugar
3/4 cup sifted flour
1/4 cup cocoa...sift together and fold in. Bake in ungreased tube pan at 375 degres 30 to 35 minutes. Invert pan and cool , then remove cake from pan.
