I have made a coffee cake today ,which is from an old recipe book that my mom gave me to type out the recipes out of it. The recipe book came from The Kansas City Kansan recipe booklets that used to be in the paper, yes I am a Kansan lady inplanted to the beautiful ozarks.This recipe that I made today is called Brownie`s Coffee cake that was contributed by Irene Brown , It was from Sunday, May 28,1967.I have not tried it yet ,but I thought the batter was thick.
It is suppose to snow here tonight after midnight.
